Administrative Assistant


The main role of the assistant will be scheduling, and transcript production. This role is expected to evolve over time, adding more responsibilities as the company continues to expand. Starting out as an Independent Contractor, you will receive a flat weekly salary, which will increase over time, as you work more hours, due to company growth.

The ideal candidate must be ambitious, organized, and have the ability to wear multiple hats, must be trustworthy, must be reliable, must be able to communicate, and must be available when needed. Attention to detail is a must and having a sense of urgency is also a must. The administrative assistant must meet deadlines on a regular basis, must be able to adapt to change and shall have the ability to follow through.

This is a great opportunity for a natural born leader, who desires to take charge. The income potential is determined by your ability to excel in this position, how you manage stress, meet deadlines, and your ability to effectively communicate. Must have the initiative to multitask and the desire to grow.

Minimum Requirements:

2+ Years Legal Transcription, Court Reporting, or Scoping

Florida Notary

Home Office

Type 50+ WPM

Excellent Computer Skills

Career Minded

Must have MS Word

Must have Adobe Acrobat (with the ability to edit PDF files)
